Refund policy

Due to all items being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges

 

Refunds for Damages and issues
We will provide a refund for defective items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@respectthemedicine.com immediately with pictures if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Requests for refunds for defective, damaged, or wrong items are accepted within 3 days following order delivery.

Once we've inspected your pictures of the item, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at info@respectthemedicine.com with your Order # to request a cancellation.
